Hello! My name is Paolo Iudicone, and I am a passionate systemic coach with twenty years of professional experience.
After earning a degree in economics, I gained valuable insights through roles in both Italian and international companies. Over the years, I’ve developed training programs for well-known companies like AIG Europe and Poste Italiane, and I’ve partnered with leading training organizations to strengthen leadership and improve organizational effectiveness.
I realized that my mission was coaching — helping individuals and organizations thrive. My background includes certifications at the Italian Society of Gestalt and the European School of Coaching in Spain. I’ve also attended advanced courses in organizational constellations at the Bert Hellinger Institute and family constellations at Sensum Systemics, where I had the opportunity to serve as an assistant.
My approach blends practical experience with solid theoretical knowledge, allowing me to support my clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change.
